Yes. GridPulsr gateways and CT sensors are included at no additional charge for contracts of 12 months or more. We ship hardware before the pilot starts. If you end the contract, hardware is returned; we cover inbound shipping. There is no hardware deposit and no lease separate from the service fee.
At the end of the 30-day pilot we deliver a written assessment: total identified savings opportunities, load curve findings, and a recommended monitoring configuration for your facility. You then decide whether to convert to a 12-month contract. There is no obligation to continue. Pilot pricing is the same as the listed monthly rates — no separate pilot fee.
Starter and Plant cover a single facility each. For organisations with two or more manufacturing sites, Enterprise provides a multi-site dashboard under a single contract — typically at a per-site rate lower than two Plant subscriptions combined. Contact us for a specific quote based on your facility locations and asset counts.
The GridPulsr gateway connects via Ethernet to your plant network and requires outbound HTTPS access to our EU-hosted data endpoints. No VPN, no inbound firewall rules, no client software installation. For the Starter and Plant tiers, installation takes approximately 3 hours for a controls engineer familiar with your switchgear — no IT project required. Enterprise integrations with MES/ERP/SCADA add to the timeline depending on the target system.
All plant data is stored in EU-based data centres (Frankfurt and Stockholm). We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers requiring documented GDPR contractual arrangements with their processors.
After the 30-day pilot, ongoing contracts have a 12-month minimum term for hardware-included pricing. Month-to-month contracts are available at listed rates but require a separate hardware deposit. Most customers choose 12-month contracts because the annual discount and hardware inclusion make it the better commercial option.
